High-Efficiency Cooling

Mini-Splits are designed to provide efficient cooling for individual rooms or specific areas. Unlike conventional cooling systems, mini-split systems focus only on a designated area, reducing energy consumption. Like central systems, mini-split air conditioners have two main components: an outdoor compressor/condenser and an indoor air-handling unit (evaporator).

Includes Basic Installation

• Does not apply to the municipal islands of Puerto Rico: Vieques and Culebra.
• The residence must have "220 Volts" within 12 feet.
• Basic installation of the condenser on existing electrical facilities, up to a maximum of 12 feet.
• Insulated and exposed connection piping.
• Condenser brackets with 2” x 2” rubber supports.
• Basic sealing for pipe perforations.
• Basic drainage installation on existing facilities, up to a maximum of 10 feet.
• Certification seal cancellation from the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians’ Association.
